Can’t book a lesson? can’t create an account?

Some browser settings don’t work with our bookings system.

These are often the more high security or extreme privacy settings within Chrome, and especially Chrome’s ‘Incognito’ mode.

  • Either a blank screen appears (below #1)

  • Or you’ll (wrongly) need to create an account (below #2) without first booking a lesson

  • Sometimes a RED error message appears… (example not displayed)

Solution

1. Go to Browser settings

2. Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu

3. Select ‘Privacy & Security’

4. Click on ‘Third-party cookies’

5. Either don’t use Chrome’s ‘Incognito’ mode (temporarily), or reduce your ‘Third-party cookie’ settings (temporarily).

6. Go back to our website and rebook the lesson.
